Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Vigan Mustafa (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the 5to9 application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Objectionable content & abusive conduct — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post, share, or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, spam, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.

The App lets you report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the App. We review reports and will remove violating content and terminate offending accounts, typically within 24 hours of a report. By using the App you agree to these terms and to our content standards.

3. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create (events, messages, photos, ratings) but grant us a licence to host and display it so the App can function. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and represent that you have the rights to share it.

4. Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

5to9 Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. The title, duration and price are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the App, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for meeting people safely.

8. Apple standard EULA

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies and, in case of conflict regarding the App itself, supplements these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
